The price of developing an application must be determined based on an agreement between Computational Research Corporation and the Client via a signed statement of work. Work will not be performed without the statement of work other than to discover the requirements of the Clients' needs.

CRC does not offer dial-up services to our Internet servers. Therefore it is imperitive that you maintian your own connection to the Internet. We can assist the Client where necessary with obtaining an Internet dial-up account, but the Client will be solely responsible for the account. We do however provide the Client with access to our servers via telnet and ftp accounts.

**Annual service contracts receive a 10% discount.

* We will waive the setup fee and deduct the amount of two months from the cost on our annual service contracts. This contract requires full payment in advance and is subject to an early termination fee of the full amount after thirty days of service. A Client may upgrade to an annual contract within the first 60 days and still receive the annual contract benefits.

Our WEB hosting packages include 100 MB of storage for your WEB sites. We do not charge for normal bandwidth usage, but we do monitor the usage. If the usage becomes excessive we will charge for bandwidth usage. Excessive usage will be defined as the amount above 100MB per month until an average may be determined. Then for each 10% above the average, a $10 fee will be levied. Usage will be defined as any traffic inbound as well as outbound. Usage is typically generated by hits from consumers viewing your WEB site.

We will allow the Client to use CGI scripts that are approved by Computational Research Corporation only. We will evaluate your CGI scripts free of charge when time permits. We charge a fee for evaluating your CGI scripts at your convenience.
